We aim to support children and vulnerable adults. We do this by providing professional and skilled practical and emotional care and assistance. We make sure their voices are heard and that sustainable changes and improvements are made to their lives.
Our staff aim to create safe, supportive, caring, high quality services to the most challenging young people and adults at the point of engagement . We achieve this by being understanding, non-judgemental, and empathetic throughout our interactions.
We deliver assistance through active listening, meaningful conversations, engaging activities, and provide respite from challenging situations through bespoke support for those in our care.
These actions and responses reduce anxiety, allowing situations to de-escalate and giving other services the necessary time to implement a safe plan.
We work across community and educational settings, providing support both during out of hours and regular working hours and as needed.
On-call, out-of-hours, one-to-one tailored support for young and vulnerable adults.
